We currently ship across India through our trusted courier partners.

Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. Virsa Parfums is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery (where possible) or contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please retain the original packaging and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged package and product
  • An unboxing video (recommended)

Eligible claims will be resolved according to our Replacement Policy.

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

International Shipping

At present, Virsa Parfums ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping through our website.
